Prudential, Americana Group, REALTORS® salespersons with REO listings that are paying vendors on behalf of their bank owned listings have come to me and asked if there is a way to contract with a vendor which protects the salesperson in the event the bank is delayed or simply refuses to pay a vendor?

I drafted the following agreement and it is now on Ameriforms.  I would greatly appreciate any feedback you could provide me on this new, draft form.  Or, if you make use of this form and have any suggestions for other tools when dealing with these unique listings, please let me know.
